You're talking about a Canon Route/Path. i.e. DPC may decide at the end that the Sage path is the canon path.
I personally don't think there will be a certain route you'd have to take for it to be cannon, as all actions you take will always lead to the same outcome. Like at the Halloween party when you Heather tries to use tremolo. No matter if we reject her or allow her to use you, the outcome is the exact same. She will still fuck nick after and feels guilty after.

I understand that. I also understand that the breaking up in general between Stephen and Jade is story canon, since that happens no matter what we choose. I finally understand that your point is that in the end the sextape might be part of the canon route, but until (if ever) we know that for sure, it's non-canon for the story.
The sex tape is never canonical, as it never happens unless we make it happen. The divorce is canonical, as it happens no matter what we do.
Yes, uncanny. Most of the faces in this game look like they were moulded out of plastic. They don't have wrinkles, or spots, or blemishes... And their facial proportions are totally messed up. There's an obsession in art with making female characters "pretty" that frequently leaves women with facial features that would scare the crap out of us if they belonged to an actual human being. What makes it worse is that it tends to be the same face over and over again (tiny nose, giant eyes and lips). Don't get me wrong, i love this game, but it would be nice to see a more normal looking female models.

yep. Every single time. That’s where I am currently at. I turned down Bella and I believe Riona and Lily were the only others shown.

No, because even on the Jade path, even if you make the video, it isn't always leaked to Stephen. It's all choice driven. Your game is canon to you, your path is the canon path. Things that happen on all paths are canonical to the game.
exactly what I've been thinking and said earlier. play the game how you want to play, the choices that you make can be that playthroughs cannon and have fun with watching the consequences of the of the actions you've made. and as you said none of the choices effect the story's path. So why worry about trying to have a cannon run
its not possible to be in a relationship with sage and do the others route up to episode 10.
I would say it's not completely truth, because they are far from flawless. Maya's pockmarked skin, many characters' glowing teeth, sunken eyes, wrong body proportions proportions, terrible facial expressions (Jill model) . A few models ARE REALLY BROKEN, but for a different reason: DPC did a fuck off job with them.
Don't know if you truly understood what I meant, but to be clear:
One of the most significant advantages of the game is that the characters do not look like supermodels or porn actresses of the 20th century, with the exception of Bella and Nora of course. The rest look much closer to reality than in other games. Not to mention the huge number of male characters, who are almost completely absent from other games.
